What is CrossFit Kids/Teen?
Your child will learn the basics of body control and safe exercise and they will be excited about fitness. Our kids program is perfect for all kids, regardless of ability level or athletic experience.
CrossFit Kids is an exciting and fun way for kids and teens to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. We’ve created an engaging and welcoming atmosphere to coach your kids and Teens in a way that keeps them interested and motivated.
Our facility is a certified Crossfit Box in Switzerland that provides CrossFit kids! In addition we have certified CrossFit Kids Trainers who provide a safe and fun environment that guarantees success for all ability and experience levels. This is NOT just weightlifting for kids. We will focus on good movement, having fun, teamwork and confidence building
In each workout, your kids will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play. They will pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. Our classes prepares athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility, leading to increased productivity and decreased injury. Athletes work in small groups with certified CrossFit Kids coaches to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently.
CrossFit is also an ideal supplement to children who already play sports!
CrossFit Kids: 5 – 9 years / CrossFit Teens: 10 – 15 years
