WOD
Join our dynamic, coach-led classes designed to improve your overall fitness and prepare you for daily challenges. Each class is one hour long and includes a combination of high-intensity, functional movements that vary daily to keep your workout exciting and effective. From warm-up to workout of the day (WOD) and cool-down, our experienced coaches will guide you through every step. No matter your fitness level, workouts are scalable, making them suitable for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.

STRENGHT
Functional Bodybuilding is an approach to training that can be used a little or a lot to increase strength, correct imbalances, improve movement quality and help you gain comfort and confidence in a variety of positions, without sacrificing aesthetics. This method of training focuses on increasing the strength at ranges of motion that are otherwise not practiced. The focus of the program will be to create balance across the body and improve movement quality.
WEIGHTLIFTING
Our CrossFit Weightlifting classes focus on the Olympic lifts – the snatch and clean & jerk – as well as other strength-building movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses. These sessions are designed to improve your technique, strength, and power in a safe, structured environment. Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn proper form or an experienced lifter aiming to increase your personal best, our weightlifting classes provide the coaching and support you need to excel. Each class is led by certified coaches who will guide you through drills, accessory work, and individualized feedback to ensure steady progress.
TEAM WORKOUT
Experience the power of community and accountability with our team-based CrossFit workouts. Whether you’re in pairs or groups of four, our team workouts are designed to push you harder, motivate you to perform at your best, and make your training more fun and engaging.
Working together, you’ll cheer each other on, share the workload, and hold each other accountable, fostering strong bonds and friendships along the way. ENDURANCE (HYROX)
HYROX is a global fitness race designed to test both strength and endurance. It combines functional movements and high-intensity exercises with running to create the ultimate fitness challenge. In our HYROX classes, you’ll engage in a mix of strength exercises, like sled pushes, rowing, and wall balls, combined with running intervals to improve your stamina, power, and overall conditioning. Whether you’re preparing for a HYROX competition or simply want to enhance your fitness, our classes are scalable and suitable for all levels. Led by experienced coaches, these sessions are perfect for athletes looking to push their limits and achieve peak performance.
Visitors & Drop-Ins
Are you going to be in town for a few days and want to get in a few workouts at CrossFit Thalwil? As long as you are a current member at an Affiliated Gym or a Functional Fitness Gym from anywhere around the world, you can drop in to ANY of our Classes.
We ask that all drop-ins please show up 10-15 minutes prior to class so we can get you all set before your workout.
