Gymnastics
CrossFit Gymnastics is a class that helps athletes understand gymnastics movement and improve coordination and efficiency. No matter your skill level – basic, intermediate, or advanced – this class will improve your technique and performance.
Strenght
Functional Bodybuilding is an approach to training that can be used a little or a lot to increase strength, correct imbalances, improve movement quality and help you gain comfort and confidence in a variety of positions, without sacrificing aesthetics. This method of training focuses on increasing the strength at ranges of motion that are otherwise not practiced. The focus of the program will be to create balance across the body and improve movement quality.
Mobility
Limited mobility? Stiff joints? Problems with overhead squats? Then the mobility class is a must for you – but it is also a great opportunity to recover from a hard training week.
Weightlifting
Weightlifting is a specialty program of CrossFit Thalwil that will focus on improving Olympic lifts, whether you are looking to compete on the platform or just looking to improve. Both the snatch and the clean and jerk bring speed, strength, power, coordination, flexibility and balance to your overall training while increasing explosive strength and output.
Masters Class
Masters is an intermediate-level Class that provides specific methods for teaching CrossFit to adults 40 years of age and beyond.
Boot Camp
Boot camp workout is basically a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) – bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. A boot camp workout also can include functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multi-joint exercises that simulate movements people do in life.

Mom Fit
Designed for moms and moms-to-be. This class focuses on core stability (event with a diastasis recti) and pelvic health, combined with functional movements. You can bring your children with you.

Visitors & Drop-Ins
Are you going to be in town for a few days and want to get in a few workouts at CrossFit Thalwil? As long as you are a current member at an Affiliated Gym or a Functional Fitness Gym from anywhere around the world, you can drop in to ANY of our Classes.
We ask that all drop-ins please show up 10-15 minutes prior to class so we can get you all set before your workout.
