CrossFit Gymnastics is a class that helps athletes understand gymnastics movement and improve coordination and efficiency. No matter your skill level – basic, intermediate, or advanced – this class will improve your technique and performance.

STRENGHT

Functional Bodybuilding is an approach to training that can be used a little or a lot to increase strength, correct imbalances, improve movement quality and help you gain comfort and confidence in a variety of positions, without sacrificing aesthetics. This method of training focuses on increasing the strength at ranges of motion that are otherwise not practiced. The focus of the program will be to create balance across the body and improve movement quality.

MOBILITY

Functional Mobility In these classes we will target maintaining or improving overall mobility, reducing stiffness, and improving functional strength and ability.

SWEAT

Sweat class – 3 times a week on our upstairs gym floor, we will offer this fitness class for the ones who just want to go for cardio ! As we are approaching bikini body crunch time… A little cardio party never killed nobody !

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Functional Fitness 3 times a week we will offer Functional fitness class. Functional Fitness class is less technical than our normal Crossfit class. So no complex weight lifting or gymnastics just a fast pace HIIT class vibe with a bit of mobility and core at the end

ADVANCE CROSSFIT

Advance CrossFit – this is dedicated to our athletes who want to go heavy on CrossFit techniques and improve their overall performance. It will be based on a 12 weeks plan for which the athletes will have to commit 2 classes per week. The spots are limited to maximize personalized coaching inputs throughout these classes and ensure spectacular progress ! A baseline test will take place at the beginning and at the end of the cycle so you can let the numbers speak to your progress. Obviously you are also welcome to share your before / after pics and videos on our social media anytime !

Visitors & Drop-Ins

Are you going to be in town for a few days and want to get in a few workouts at CrossFit Thalwil? As long as you are a current member at an Affiliated Gym or a Functional Fitness Gym from anywhere around the world, you can drop in to ANY of our Classes.

 We ask that all drop-ins please show up 10-15 minutes prior to class so we can get you all set before your workout.
